Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has had a modern makeover, making the rooms comfortable and clean. It took a while to cool down the room, but having individual air conditioning units was a real plus, especially when it was scorching hot outside. Perfect for travelers exploring the Murcia area.
The room was a bit spartan but is now classed as Superior, so we were allocated a smaller room on the ground floor, which was OK. While it felt generally shabby with signs of damage to the doors and walls, it was well-equipped and comfortable.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, as it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and drink offered at very reasonable prices. However, the lack of a view was a downside, with only a messy tin roof and some structures visible. Despite the cleanliness, the rooms seemed a bit worn out, giving them a tired appearance.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were recently redecorated, giving them a more modern feel, although some noise from dogs exercising nearby could be slightly disruptive. The cleanliness could have been better as there were remnants of previous guests' hair and dirt, but still good value for the price.
My stay at the hotel was convenient as it's located just off the motorway making it ideal for a one night stop during my journey. The rooms had a strong smell of tobacco but overlooked our parking space, which was handy for keeping an eye on our e-bike. The service was friendly and welcoming, but the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a good choice for a quick overnight stay while on the road.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The location was convenient for a stop-over, easy to find, and felt safe. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the facilities were well-maintained.
I stayed overnight at this hotel on my way to Santander ferry, and it was ideal for a stopover. The location is fantastic, just a minute off the motorway with plenty of parking. However, the rooms were quite different from the Tripadvisor photos, and it took around 3 hours for the air conditioning heat to warm up the room.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was spotless, though a bit far from the elevator as we had mobility issues. The air conditioning was a plus, but I was disturbed by a crying dog left alone for over an hour, expecting more responsible pet owners and consideration from the hotel regarding noise from pets.
Arriving 4.5 hours late at 09.30hrs due to a ferry delay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the motorway with good parking. Despite a slight delay at reception, being able to see my car from the bedroom was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious with a good bathroom, and the dining room offered a reasonable menu. However, the decor felt a bit dated. The service was friendly, courteous, and efficient, but there were some issues with cleanliness and pet policies. The location, just off the motorway, made it easy to find and was perfect for a stopover. The dining experience, though basic, provided sufficient choices. The facilities were adequate, but there was room for improvement in certain areas.
